The HS Football game at Douglas on Friday, Oct 11 will be played at 2:00 pm instead of 12:00 pm. We will depart the school at 11:45.

Good morning GS Families! We will be having a practice Reunification Safety Drill today starting at 1:00 pm. This safety drill will include K-12 students, staff, Camp Guernsey staff, and local law enforcement. For the reunification, we will be utilizing the RTI building west of Camp Guernsey. Students will walk safely with staff from our school to the RTI building. The purpose of a reunification drill is to have processes in place in the event we need to evacuate the building and get students released to their families in an alternate location. Before and following (debrief) any of our safety drills, the staff takes the time to visit with our students about safety drill information. Please feel free to contact the school should you have any questions.

A huge thank you to our athletes, coaches, families, and athletic director for your patience, hard work, leadership, and efforts in working through solutions to navigate the remainder of our football season. While scheduling can be super challenging midseason, we have been able to solidify 6 man JV football games for the remainder of the season.

As you can see these are all road games, however, we were fortunate that other schools/districts were able to accommodate our midseason scheduling needs. Our senior football players will be recognized and celebrated alongside our senior volleyball players at their Oct 17th home volleyball game. GO VIKINGS!
