Distance Learning Classes are taken through the following formats:

INET: designates an Internet delivery course. To enroll in an internet delivery course, you must have access to the internet and an e-mail address. These courses may consist of weekly postings from the instructor, frequent e-mails, suggested web sites for further information, and assigned readings and activities. In addition, the course will probably include a textbook, study guide, and written assignments.

CV:  designates a class offered in a Compressed Video classroom (part of the Wyoming Equality Network). Some courses may require lab attendance at the EWC campus.

CVIN: designates a class offered in a Compressed Video classroom (part of the Wyoming Equality Network) with some internet class components.

TEL: designates a Telecourse as the primary delivery means. A telecourse involves watching a series of videotapes as part of a structured course. In addition, the course will probably include a textbook, study guide, and written assignments. EWC typically contracts with Annenberg services to purchase the right to distribute the course to its students. Telecourses may also involve other course requirements and may include communication with the instructor via e-mail or phone calls.
